We've been hard at work making Permit Guide better based on your feedback. Over the past few weeks, we've rolled out updates big and small to help make the app better for everyone. Here are the highlights, and you can see all the details in the change log below:
We’ve improved the chatbot experience by:
Enhancing citations in AI generated responses by prioritizing citing codes as sources and persisting citations for improved traceability.
Increasing the quality of AI generated responses with under-the-hood improvements to reference more data sources and previous responses.
Adding the ability to give follow up instructions to improve the original AI generated response.
We’ve also improved the app experience by:
Adding deeper analytics capabilities around user sessions and chat usage
Adding filtering, exporting, and sorting capabilities across different pages and tables

What's new
Chatbot messages persist citations, improving traceability of source content.
You can now export feedback entries from email, chat, and customer modules to CSV files for easier sharing and analysis.
Admins can access new reports to view login activity, session duration, and user status.

Profile pages now support job titles and email signatures.
Automated replies from the email assistant now include personalized signatures.
