“For my question, there were no citations so that is irrelevant. And Permit Techs aren't going to know that. It seems that we can't submit feedback without answering those?”

Andrew: “I just confirmed for me it's the same as Kirstin. Makes me answer citation questions to submit feedback, even when not applicable.”
